BH Media Group traces its start to 2011 when Warren Buffett acquired his hometown newspaper, the Omaha World-Herald and its subsidiaries. Since then, the company has expanded to include operations in 10 states.
Today, BH Media owns 31 daily newspapers and their digital sites. The company also has 47 paid weekly newspapers and 32 other print products.
We also operate WPLG-TV, an ABC affiliate out of Miami, Fla.
Across our company, BH Media locations are the No. 1 source for local news in our markets. Our journalists understand the issues facing our communities better than anyone. And our sales professionals help local businesses grow with effective print and digital marketing plans.
